Service Description
JapanDirect provides a shipping proxy service that allows customers in Kazakhstan to purchase products from Japan. We purchase items on your behalf and ship them to your designated address in Kazakhstan.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our service, you agree to:

- •Pay all fees and charges associated with your orders
- •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- •Review our prohibited items list before placing orders
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure includes:
- •Shipping cost: $6 per 100 grams
- •Product cost (as shown on Japanese retailer's website)
- •Any applicable taxes or customs duties
Payment must be received before we process your order. We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout.
Prohibited Items
We cannot ship certain items as defined by EMS regulations and international shipping laws. Please review our prohibited items page before placing an order. Orders containing prohibited items will be cancelled and refunded minus any processing fees.
Limitation of Liability
JapanDirect acts as a proxy service and is not responsible for product quality, availability, or descriptions provided by Japanese retailers. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds and Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before purchase is made. Once an item has been purchased from the Japanese retailer, cancellations are subject to that retailer's return policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
